Quilts of Valor

The Friendship Circle continues to express God's love and care and show their appreciation to American troops by quilting Quilts of Valor for wounded soldiers of the Iraq / Afghanistan conflict. Quilts of Valor is a national project started by a woman who thought each wounded soldier deserved recognition in some small way for the sacrifice they have made. Each Tuesday afternoon, you are invited to join this group at Rocks as they make the quilt tops and do the hand quilting for this special gift.
